Receivables
Debt recovery
Your unpaid invoices, handled by a procedure rather than by reminders.
Your situation
A client is not paying. You have chased by telephone, then by email, and each time they promise. You hesitate to harden your tone because you want to keep the relationship, and meanwhile the claim ages. Past a certain point, it can no longer be recovered.
What we do
We take the file from the beginning: we confirm that the claim is certain, fixed in amount and due, then follow a graduated procedure. Every step has a legal effect, and you see its progress at all times.
- Verification of the claim and assembly of the file
- Formalised amicable reminder
- Formal notice drafted and served
- Negotiation of a settlement or payment plan
- Preparation of the litigation file if the amicable route fails
5 steps
How it works
-
You send us the documents
Contract, invoices, delivery notes, correspondence with the debtor.
-
We verify the claim
A claim that is certain, fixed in amount and due can be recovered. Others can be challenged: better to know before incurring costs.
-
Amicable reminder
The fastest and least costly route where it succeeds. It succeeds more often than people expect, because it comes from the firm and not from you.
-
Formal notice served
A judicial officer formally delivers the letter. The debtor then has eight days to respond, and late-payment interest runs.
-
Negotiation or litigation
A settlement, a signed payment plan, or preparation of the file for the officer authorised to act.
The deliverable
What you receive
At each step, the corresponding document: the verified claim file, a copy of the reminder, proof of service of the formal notice, the signed payment plan. Everything is filed in your client area, where you follow progress without having to call us.
Quote first
What it costs
Every situation differs, and we do not publish a price that would fit no one. You receive a costed quote before any work begins: it states the amount, the timescale and what is included. Nothing starts without your written agreement.
- A costed quote before any work
- Nothing starts without your written agreement
- Every document filed in your client area
- Quote issued within 48 business hours.
5 questions
Frequently asked questions
The ones we are asked most often about this area. Yours is not here? Write to us: acknowledgement goes out within 24 business hours.
Write to usFrom what amount is it worth pursuing?
The question is not only the amount, but the age of the claim and the debtor’s solvency. We tell you before anything is committed — including when it is not worth pursuing.
My claim is old. Is it too late?
Not necessarily, but time matters. Send us the documents: verification is the first step, and it answers precisely that question.
Will recovery destroy my commercial relationship?
That is exactly why the procedure begins with a formalised amicable reminder. It comes from the firm, which changes the tone without putting you personally in question.
Can I follow progress?
At all times, from your client area, with the date of each completed step and the next deadline. You do not have to ask us where things stand.
What if the debtor still does not pay?
We prepare the procedural file and send it to the officer authorised to act — a judicial officer or an attorney, depending on the matter. We monitor it throughout.
