Support
Procedural support
Your file prepared, sent to the authorised officer, and followed through.
Your situation
Proceedings are under way, or you must start them. You do not know which documents to gather, in what order, or to whom to send them. A missed deadline cannot be recovered, and no one will warn you that it is approaching.
What we do
We assemble the file, prepare the instruments, and send them to the officer authorised to act. We keep the schedule — the part of the work that is least noticed and protects most.
- Assembly and organisation of the procedural file
- Preparation of instruments: formal findings, summonses, writs
- Transcription of electronic messages
- Monitoring of time limits and deadlines
- Coordination with the judicial officer or the attorney
4 steps
How it works
-
We assemble the file
Documents are gathered, checked and organised to meet the requirements of the procedure.
-
We prepare the instrument
Drafting, checking of references, internal review before it is sent.
-
Sent to the authorised officer
A judicial officer or an attorney, depending on the matter. They receive a complete file, which avoids back-and-forth.
-
We track the deadlines
Every deadline is recorded and you are warned before it falls, not after.
The deliverable
What you receive
The assembled file, the prepared instruments with their proofs of service, and a schedule kept up to date. You see at any moment where the proceedings stand and what comes next.
Quote first
What it costs
Every situation differs, and we do not publish a price that would fit no one. You receive a costed quote before any work begins: it states the amount, the timescale and what is included. Nothing starts without your written agreement.
- A costed quote before any work
- Nothing starts without your written agreement
- Every document filed in your client area
- Quote issued within 48 business hours.
4 questions
Frequently asked questions
The ones we are asked most often about this area. Yours is not here? Write to us: acknowledgement goes out within 24 business hours.
Write to usDo you represent clients before the courts?
No. We prepare files and monitor them; representation falls to the attorney, and enforcement to the judicial officer. We work with them and coordinate the exchanges.
How am I warned of a deadline?
By email and notification, before the deadline and not after. These alerts cannot be switched off: not receiving them would harm you.
What exactly does a formal finding cover?
It establishes a fact on a given date — a state of premises, a defect, a notice, a message received. It stands as evidence. We tell you whether it is useful in your situation.
Do you work with my attorney?
Yes. We can give them temporary access to the file through a secure link, without their having to create an account.
